Remember folding a white piece of paper and cutting out chunks to make a snowflake? I haven’t
wasted fifteen thousand trees just trying to make one still-uneven snowflake confused Mother Nature with my excellent craft skills since grammar school, but there’s a fantastic reason to do it now.
This Wednesday, RVRR will make snowflakes for the students and faculty of Sandy Hook Elementary.
From the Newtown Patch: Snowflakes for Sandy Hook
Please help the students of Sandy Hook have a winter wonderland at their new school. Get creative!! No two snowflakes are alike. Make and send snowflakes to:
60 Connolly Parkway
Building 12, Suite 103
Hamden, CT 06514
The snowflakes are due to the PTSA by January 12, 2013. It’s small gesture of love for strangers that will go a long way. Get cutting!
